I seldom write reviews but created a Yelp account today to highlight my experience with Bill Myers Heating and Cooling (a referral from my neighbor). I was completely blown away by the amazing customer service experience with this company. Each stage of the process was delightful, starting with the woman representative (I feel horrible that I forgot her name) who set my appointment. My AC unit stopped working and before setting the appointment, she assisted me with troubleshooting! I was impressed that the company wasn't money hungry and genuinely was interested in helping clients. Furthermore, I connected with technician, Robert, on the day of my appointment and to be honest, completely forgot about the appointment when he called to say he was on the way. Robert was very kind, and I was impressed with his flexibility and exceptional service.This company knows what they're doing and I will recommend their services a million times over! (Especially as a real estate professional).

We have used this service for several years.  Bill and his associates have always been prompt, or called to say if they were going to be delayed.  They are very professional and thorough in their work. We have been quite happy with his service and will continue to use his company. If a part needs replacing, they always explain exactly why and give the cost of the replacement part up front.   He also does our air conditioning check-up in the Spring.  

Serviceman arrived on time, was neat and clean, provided professional service. Explained need to replace AC in near future.

He is always professional and prompt. He does a good job.

I am currently looking for someone to fix my air conditioner; however, I will never use Bill Myers Heating and Cooling again. I have used him twice in the past, and on both occasions his work has been average at best. What really sealed it for me was his rudeness on both occasions. The first time I used him, he was extremely rude. When I needed help again, about two years later, I thought I should give him the benefit of the doubt, and I called him again. He was just as rude and abusive the second time. He also made me pay an "extra premium" for which he would not write out a receipt for me. On retrospect, I began to suspect that this was not legal. At any rate, I'd rather suffer in the heat than use his service again. I am using Angie's List to find someone, and I found his name on the list with an "A" listed. What a bad joke!

My 30 year old furnace stopped working. Within 48 hours the company came out and was able to just relight the pilot. They could have easily told me my furnace had died and I needed a new one, and I wouldn't have known any different. Their rate was much lower than others firms who wanted to charge for a diagnostic fee. This is a great and honest company.

The boiler had stopped working. Bill Myers Co. was able to send someone out the morning of the next business day. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the thermocouple. He also gave advice on how long the boiler (already 20 years old) will last and whether I should replace it or switch to a different heating system. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Bill the owner of the company came out and did an A/C service appointment at my house. This is the 3rd year I have used his services. The first time he came out himself. The A/C unit is about 15 years old and has been having problems keeping the house cool. After the service, at my request he gave me an estimate on replacing the entire unit A/C and furnace. A 2.5 ton unit and furnace to match came to about $8000. I'm not sure if that is a good price however it sounds a bit high. I'm going to find other companies to give me other estimates to find out for sure. Overall I'm happy with the company.

Someone else had come by and misdiagnosed the problem. When Bill came by, he hit the nail on the head. The pad was worn and had to be replaced. He came out quickly and returned quickly with the equipment.

It went very well. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well after themselves. The furnace is still working fine. I thought the pricing was also quite reasonable.

I WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS. COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A WINDOW TIME. THEY GAVE ME A SPECIFIC TIME AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS BEHIND.
