Really unprofessional and disappointing the owner Alberth ghosted me and didn't take responsibility for his failed work. He seems very friendly and knowledgeable at first but he then just disappeared. He was supposed to redo my patio and add an underground drain. The work quality was bad. I had to complain twice so he would try to fix broken stones and then all the concrete his crew left on the remaining stones. He said that was expected and rain would take care of it over months. The wors part comes next. I have never had the basement flooded until after his work. I reached out and he just ghosted me. Horrible experience. Expensive and horrible.

TERRIBLE!! Do not use this company’s services. They will cut your grass when it’s wet and raining and charge you extra if they come back out to correctly do it WITHOUT explanation. They will ruin your lawn in the rain. The front office representative Amy or Angi will literally LIE and say they spoke to you about the additional charges and annotate it in their notes claiming that they spoke to you about. Then will be RUDE when you call and ask why there is an additional charge for the lack of service you received when there is inclement weather. Their service SUCKS!!!

Started with A-Plus a couple of years ago and have been very please with their service. They show up every week at the same time with a team of mowers, trimmers and blowers and are done in a very short time. Anytime there is a delay due to weather we are notified electronically. They did a big job clearing a fence line and trimming bushes last fall and did a great job at a fair price. Payments are very easy online. Great company, great crews and the lawn has never looked better!

Switched to APlus because they were cheaper than my existing lawn service but now I see why. The service was sloppy. By the end of the season I knew I wanted to switch so called and let them know I would not be using them the next season. Fast forward to April of this year and they still showed up and proceeded to cut my lawn. Once I informed them that I had already cancelled service they left but then tried to send me a bill for the entire lawn! Mind you it was an unauthorized cut because I had already cancelled services and they didn't even cut the entire yard because I intervened! I would recommend that you look elsewhere even if you have to pay a little more

I have used their services for about 10 years. At first their weekly service was excellent, but in the last two years the quality has suffered greatly. They have damaged my property, and there was no effort to repair the damages. Even though I had contacted their office, they never responded. They have also insisted week after week of using the stand on/ride on mower in my back yard (that is how they damaged my property). My backyard is small and there are many obstacles, to many to whip around my yard, at full speed, standing on that mower. After using their service for so long, they have been a real disappointment, and I will no longer be using their services.

I decided to not continue because I did not like the cut.

This is the second year I have used them and they have been outstanding so far. I was referred by a neighbor and I am happy with what they do. The only complaint I have, is that I have a hill in the back and I have to remind them once in while to make sure they cut the hill. I don't make it an issue since no one can see the hill and it is dry.

It takes about twenty minutes.  It ranges from two to three people that come out.   The staff is very friendly.    I have been using them for six years.  If it rains then they will come out on Saturday or Sunday to do the work. There was an issue with the tree at one point and they fixed it professionally.

This is my first year with them. They did an excellent job and they did the work at a reasonable price. They are very prompt and I like how they offer once a week or every two weeks scheduling.  They will come by with crew of two or three people and they work efficiently. They always show up on time and they are very energetic about the work.

They do a good job and work looks beautiful. They clean up very well and punctually and reliable.

These people refuse to use grass cutting guards!

We complained last year when my car was covered in grass cuttings, and we complained two more times this year so far.

They would put the guard on for the NEXT cut after we complain and then take it off.

Today was the last straw. Luckily I was home and stopped them as they were driving their lawn mower across our ROCKSCAPE without a guard on the mower.

I should have realized something was off when they renamed the company this year.

They can't be trusted to be safe and my cars are too nice to be dinged up by them.
