ALL CLEAR PLUMBING

Two-person crew arrived on time Tuesday, June 28. Attempted to clear the obstruction for 15 minutes, but they failed. Crew said they would contact my home warranty company to see if my coverage allowed a replacement. Crew said they'd get back to me in 3-4 hours. Didn't happen. Tuesday afternoon and evening, no call. Wednesday, no call. Thursday, no call. Friday, I left a message in the early morning -- no return call. I called again Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Dispatcher said all technicians were unavailable until NEXT Tuesday (July 5). One week with the problem unresolved is not optimal.

Dan and Darwin arrived on time, they were professional and quickly cleared the stoppage. I used them before and I requested them through my homeowners warranty. I will hire again.

Outstanding. The plumber arrived a little bit ahead of the scheduled time and quickly began evaluating the situation. They were professional, very pleasant, and resolved our issues quickly and efficiently. I had this service provided by my warranty company and All Clear was assigned. This was the best experience I have ever had with any warranty company work. I would call them again for sure.

My home warranty provided them for the service and it was great. The technician was a master plumber and was quick and efficient. He took care of everything and I didn't really have to deal with the warranty company. He cleaned up well behind himself. It was a great experience and I am considering using them for replacing my water heater.

We have a home warranty, and its a fixed rate. It doesn't matter how much it cost to fix it.

They're very knowledgeable. Other than me being upset because things weren't going the way I wanted them to, which was not their fault. I would say he came in, he was very professional, he gave me the options very quick and was on his way. I have no idea what their price was because it was covered under the home warranty. I have no idea what plumbers cost. I know they're expensive. I can't rate the price because I don't know. It wouldn't be fair. He hasn't done anything except look and do an inspection so I can't do that until they come back, but personally and giving me the information, and telling me my options I would give him an "A+" on all of that stuff, but there's been no work done, yet. I've had people out here that I would definitely say weren't as confident as he appeared to be. He was here early. They were very professional. He was a nice young man.

We used All Clear Plumbing three times in the past year. They were always very prompt and stayed as long as it took to get the job done. They worked with our home warranty company very well. They explained causes of problems and how to prevent them in the future. They took time to discuss options and evaluate thoroughly the situation.

As before, All Clear was sent out to me by my home warranty company. And as before, they were terrific. This time Dylan came out to service my sump pump. I thought that if a new sump pump was needed, it would have to be ordered and possibly not get installed until the following week. But happily, I was wrong. He went right out to his truck and returned with a new one and installed it the same day. Dylan was punctual, polite, professional, and very friendly. He humored me by letting me ask him a ton of questions and explained what he was doing as he went along. I am going to purchase a couple of sinks (vanity and laundry) in the near future and will be calling them for the installations. Hopefully I won't have many/any more plumbing emergencies but if I should, I have already informed my home warranty company that I want All Clear to be my preferred plumbing provider.

I have used All-Clear several times. The story I like to tell everyone concerns a drain from a rear stairwell to the sump pump. Ever since the house was built by Pulte the drain in the stairwell was a problem. I would constantly back up. I called Roto Rooter and they couldn't clear the drain. I called another plumber who snake the pipe and said he couldn't clear it, he would have to dig the floor up to find the problem.
I let it go for years and finally I had enough. I called All-Clear, told them the story and said I want it fixed, even if you have to dig up the floor.
Paul came out, and in a short while the drain was clean.
Wish I had asked sooner and saved those years of worry.

We used All Clear Plumbing, because they were recommended by our home insurance company. He came out right on time, and even called before the appointment to ask if he could come out early. He did an excellent job. He found that the problem was the seal between the toilet and the floor. We will use All Clear Plumbing again in the future.

The plumber arrived within the specified window, and the company worked harder than I expected them to to ensure that they called ahead per my request. The plumber was quick and competent at examining the problem, removing the damaged pipe, preventing parts of the damaged pipe from entering the system, constructing the new clean-out. He consulted me on the direction I wished the clean-out to face (it protruded further than the original) and offered advice on the subject. He asked me to test the work by flushing the associated toilet, and checked for leaking water at the joins. He cleaned up the area when he was done, and he left after getting paid. The cost was $5 more than I recall from the quote I was given over the phone, but that is less than a 2% increase, and something I could easily have misheard. The only thing I'm was unsure about is the join between the PVC and existing iron pipes. I don't know a better way, but I'm wasn't completely comfortable with the rubber(?) connector used. The plumber reassured me that it has a very long expected lifetime.

Called them, and they promptly set us on the schedule. A bad water heater kept us from having hot water, so time was of the essence. They came recommended, so we gave them a shot and they succeeded. They explained how the water heater was cracked and couldn't be repaired. After getting a new one in, it was slightly dented, probably not a problem. But they offered to wait on me (at no charge) and have me return that water heater in exchange for a new one at another company. (They could've picked it up themselves, but said it would save me $$ to do it myself.) They came and ID'd the leak in an upstairs bathroom that had been a problem for years. They made some simple fixes and now we're in good shape.
