Dennis did a great job at a fair price. He was responsive and looks out for the best interest of the customer. I got three estimates, including one from a large business, and he was the most professional, informative and reasonable of all.

Recommended and installed new replacement Carrier heat pump. In the middle of a heat wave, bent over backwards to get the system installed. Finished the job several days ahead of expected delivery date. System is energy efficient and cools so much better than the old builder model. A joy to work with.

The AC fan had stopped working so I called the company as they had installed the AC unit in our recently bought home and their info was handy. Everything went great, from customer service to services rendered.

Dennis is helpful and honest and knows his stuff. He is easy to work with and charges fair rates. He is now our go-to man for any air conditioning / heat pump issues.

Dennis was referred to me by a friend. I called him after BGE Home came 2 times. After the second visit, BGE said I needed an entire new unit (7000.00). Dennis came out and looked at the unit. He concluded that replacing a coil would take care of the issue. He was honest, reliable, and understands that most people do not like to be ripped off!!  

We were first time homeowners with an AC system that went belly up one month after closing. We didn't know who to call, weren't even sure if HVAC companies gave estimates or charged for service calls or what. The first company I called just happened to be working in the area and stopped by to take a look as a courtesy. Unfortunately they must not have been too interested in the work because they never followed up. When I finally got a hold of them they said the whole system needed replacement and would cost $9-11K. Since the first company I called didn't seem interested in doing the work I called Dennis and explained my ignorance of how HVAC companies operated. Dennis explained that there would be a charge for a service call that would include an assessment of the problem and repair if it was something that didn't require parts and could be completed during the time of the appointment. If it couldn't be reparied during the service call then he would provide an estimate for additional work needed. Dennis inspected the system and confirmed what the first company had said: the condenser was dead and that air handler was of a vintage that it would not be compatible with a new condenser, so it too would have to be replaced. There were two big differences between Dennis and the first company, one is that Dennis offered an option of finding replacement parts to repair the condenser to hopefully keep the system limping along until we were ready to do major renovations and replace the system at that time. The cost for that was about $2,300. The second big difference is that his estimate to replace the whole system was only $6,500. Since this was so far below the low end estimate of the first company, we jumped at using Dennis to replace the whole system. I asked for a written estimate. He noted how busy he was (it was mid-June AC season was well underway) and that providing a written estimate would mean a potentially long delay. I was a bit frustrated by that, but since he had taken the time to explain the options and it was so much cheaper, I decided to throw caution to the wind and have him do the job without a written estimate. Thankfully my instincts were correct and Dennis did everything he said he would and more at the cost he had quoted me. He had a really quick turn around time in getting the necessary replacement equipment and getting the new system up and running. He used Carrier equipment, and for the air handler in a really tight attic space, he fitted the new componants into the old unit's metal cabinet. I was happy with how well everything went. He was also very good about asking if things were done to my satisfaction. At my request he rerouted the condensate line on the outside the house. When he showed me the work he asked if it was okay. Since the work was done I hestitated asking him to extend the condensate line a little so it drained in a different spot. He must have sensed I wanted something else because he suggested he could change it. When I said that I would like that if it wasn't too much trouble he said "My job is to make you happy." In the month's time that we had owned our 1937 house, this was the first time I heard a contractor say anything other than where is my check.

Excellent in every way. Dennis kept in touch, did research without delay and got information to us within minutes. Good technical information on the new product and comparison with the unit it was replacing. Cost estimate was reasonable and on target. When he was here, there were no delays or interruptions and the work was done and functioning properly. Everything was tested out before he left. This job required some electrical work which was also carefully and competently done. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Everything went well -- Dennis came when he was scheduled to come, performed the requested work and cleaned up afterward. The water heater has worked perfectly.

My old A/C unit had literally blown up and it was summer so I needed a replacement fast. Aero Environmental was relayed to me by a friend and I couldn't have been happier. They listed various pricing options of various brands/unit sizes, educated me on which unit would best fit my needs as well as one that would last a long time. I believe it was a Friday when they came to do the estimate, correctly suggested I replace the coil unit which was undersized for my system. On Monday, as scheduled, Dennis showed up with the new unit and finished everything that same day. At any rate, within 3 days of the old one breaking I had my new A/C and it's worked perfectly.

They were fine. They arrived when they said they would, and the work was done quickly. Everything is working properly. They gave me two quotes for two different systems, and helped us make the right decision.
