In terms of the estimate, they were professional, on time and competitive with pricing. They provided references, and their references were glowing. They were also quite flexible and willing to work with us on what we wanted to do. We had a very short timeframe, and they were the only ones who really thought that they could do it; they have been pretty close to being on time. I have been mostly excited about it. We had one tough conversation, but they got back on their game. All in all, I am actually quite pleased. The work they have been doing has been great. They have been easy to talk to and easy to work with. The project has had to shift because we were not allowed to do one thing that we wanted to do, and also during their process, they had found another issue. So now, we have to redo another bathroom that wasn’t initially in the budget. Their price was very reasonable.
