It went Perfectly, they really fixed the problem that's why I recommend them

Drain had been snaked and cleared prior to plumber showing up. Wife called b/c she didn't realize small bit of water left in drain was due to the catch. Guy who showed up at my door was pretty nice. Poured some water down the drain and it flushed through fine. No work done whatsoever and he was here maybe 5 minutes. Didn't want to charge me as NOTHING was done. Calls his boss, the owner. Guy had the gall to demand $225 just for showing up. I've hired numerous master plumbers over the years. My uncle is a master plumber with 40 years experience. This is pure price gouging. I get if you show up and you actually do something. But this is highway robbery. I felt bad for the guy who showed up...he was nice...I wrote the check, stupidly. But the fact that the owner was such as ***...told me I should just hire someone else next time...well, yeah, I'm going to do that and leave him the rotten review he deserves.

Our usual plumbers were not readily available to fix our problem due to summer travel plans so we received a recommendation for this company. When we called they were able to come in a reasonable time frame. They were supposed to show up between 8AM and noon on a weekday. When they did not show up by noon they were called to see what time they would be arriving. They said they accidentally booked us for tomorrow but would be out in a few hours. They arrived, did the work and used a cold stem handle rebuild kit which the got from their truck. The work took about an hour but the invoice did not list the cost of the parts or the cost of the labor.
Even with the part (which seems to be a small part costing $20 or less) the cost was more than two hours of labor costs for our usual plumbers. We will not be using this company in the future.

They were a little pricey but they were good. They were very competent. They had to come several times and the same person came each time. They were very good about explaining what needed to be done. I would use them again.

I've used them before. They have always been prompt and done the job. I've been really happy with them and they are the people I call for plumbing work. I have no complaints. I have not compared their prices.

The kitchen drain had been slowing down, and the dishwasher had been spraying water. When the toilet sprang a leak, I felt it was time to get everything done. Able and Ready showed up promptly and fixed everything. I especially appreciated the fact that Mr. Peele explained everything and showed me the various options for repair.

The workers from Able and Ready were great. They did the job and they did it quickly. Everything is working now and I was very happy with the work that they did.
