About us

A&D Remodeling was founded in 1997 by Armando Sanchez Jr., who worked over 8 years as a construction superintendent before starting his company. The family owned company began as an interior remodeling contractor, but very fast expended to also provide our clients with general contracting service. Since the founding of our company we have grown into a resounding success story providing construction services to our clients throughout the DC, VA and MD areas.

The work was completed within 3 weeks. Each day, the men worked long hours and did beautiful work. Care was taken to do an excellent job. After they installed the dry wall, they went through a multi-step finishing process to ensure the walls were smooth and looked perfect once the last coat of paint was applied. Two examples of “above and beyond” effort are that Armando (owner/supervisor) took extra time to carefully match stain color for trim molding he installed around an existing finished bar and cabinet area. In addition, he added extra carpentry detail to an ordinary(owner’s preference)  stairway handrail to make it look great. Armando is a craftsman and expresses excitement and real interest in the work he performs. He will work with you to make your dream renovation.
