A1-RD Electronics TV Repair

The technician arrived late for the repair. After he conducted his initial inspection, he informed me that the parts had to be ordered and he would return the following Monday. When the following Monday came around, he was a no-show. I had to call him to find out where he was and get a status update. He was not proactive in his communication on the status of the order part. He came the next day with the part and fixed the television. The television worked that day but the next morning the blurred screen returned. I immediately called him and scheduled a time for to fix the issue. Again, he was late for the appointment. He ultimately did fix the issue with the television. It is working without issue, but not sure I would recommend this company or technician.

The TV was repaired but we had to have the technician back for warranty work. It took awhile to get the tech back and once we did he took the TV back, corrected the problem and returned it in a couple of days.

They diagnosed the problem as a bad LED light. They replaced it promptly and the TV has been working properly ever since. I was very pleased with their courtesy, prompt service and reasonable price.
