+ -1 moreThey are very helpful. the machine was not self-propelling like it usually does. they cleaned out the brush and restored it to excellent condition. that part cost me nothing. the cord repair did cost me $60 as that was not covered by warranty. just talking to them, they are ready to help and provide honest input.
Description of Work: repair of vacuum under warranty, and out of warranty work. I have a SIMPLICITY light weight high end vacuum. The power cord was damaged (my fault) and needed repair. I bought this same machine from them in 2009 for $600. The cord repair was not covered by warranty.
