We are happy with them. We had bees one time and I sprayed for it. I called them to see if things were fine. He came and said that they were all dead and didn’t charge me anything for the visit. Some of the technicians are very friendly and talkative, but some just come and do the work. They are all very efficient. I would highly recommend them. When we had the termite issue, several companies came out. They wanted to dig out our basement, drill holes all over the basement to put stuff around the house. Western Termite just went inside the garage and round outside the house. They did a lot better. That was years ago and it worked. They were right and it was good and cheaper.
