We were referred to Cesar and his father from neighbors who had work done on their houses that we admired.  The estimate they provided for the porch roof replacement plus some small repairs to the main slate roof and gutters was about the middle of the road, but we knew from our friends that the work was exemplary.  As a small family firm they only take on as much as they can handle and clients benefit from the close attention.  They worked with us at all steps of the project to ensure our vision would match the final product.  This included recreating the original molding details; they worked with us to match as close as possible molding which is no longer commercially available, something that many houses on our block are now missing due to previous replacements.  Where possible they also like to use reclaimed wood that matches the dimensions used during original construction.  This speaks to the care with which they approach the job.  All work was completed on time and without damage to existing planting beds right under the work being performed.  When we notified them of a small leak that appeared several weeks after the work was completed they had someone out that very afternoon to take a look.  I would not hesitate to use Unlimited Design Builders for any future remodeling work.
