Everything was excellent. We recommend them to anybody.

The problem was quickly found causing both units not to power on. The remaining system components were verified operational and/or adjusted. Reasonable maintenance recommendations were made and a few were performed while on site. The final fee was very reasonable; and the serviceman was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and hire again.

RiteTemp AC & Heating did a wonderful job replacing my AC. My job was somewhat challenging, because the air handler was located in the attic, with limited clearance. These guys did an awesome job of pulling out the old unit, and installing the new unit, with no fuss and no mess. Highly recommend.

Great. On time, I was using wrong filter, told me which to use. Did a full service check. Furnace works great now.

It was expensive. Everything, I think it went pretty well. The only issue I had was the work he performed I guess loosened up some rust, and then a couple days later the whole air unit, the whole basement flooded because he didn't clean the rust out of the pipe. The work he did was good, I guess he just forgot to do that, but we were able to clear that out ourselves.

Mike quoted me a fair price; scheduled and completed the repair in a timely manner. Pleasant to deal with and the a/c has been working fine since then.

It went well. Could have went better if the technician stayed (instead of scheduling another appt.a few days later) and filled the freon that he discovered to be the culprit of the my unit going out. This would have saved us a few days out of the heat.

All went well and as planned.

                       The repair man took the cover off the compressor, then he check  he electrical system. the problem a timing switch.

There was a weird noise coming from our heat pump. It turned out that it was the fan motor. Mr. Moses was running a little late that day and to get on the schedule for the install was a little challenging since it seems lots of peoples ac had broken down. We were given a few choice, but let me start with what the old system looked like. It was a 12 year old builder's model furnace and heat pump. The furnace I had to have fixed earlier in the year due to a malfunctioning lighter.  Also, the furnace was too small for the house. Our choices were:
1. fix the fan motor. Which was also the rod and fan blade from the shear amount of rust on everything.
2. Replace the heat pump and coil in the old furnace.
3. Replace the heat pump and furnace. 
We decided to go with option #3 since it was only $1000 difference for both parts to be new. Once we had an appointment date, everything ran smoothly. They arrived on time. Put down stuff to protect the floors for where they needed to go.  They managed to finish in one day. Both units are more energy efficient and the house cooled down quickly once they were turned on.   What we did notice was that their names were a fun grouping for this install team. We had Moses, Leonidis, and Abraham.

RiteTemp was extremely prompt.  I purchased the Angies List Big Deal, called RiteTemp, and they came out to the house on the same day, which was wonderful because the weather was very cold.  The two men began their inspection of the furnace and were just concluding that perhaps we needed a new motor when my husband checked to see if the exhaust pipe from the high efficiency furnace might have been moved out of position by contractors we had working on the outside of our house.  As it turned out, when the exhaust pipe was returned to its original position, the furnace worked fine, so no actual work was necessary on our furnace. 

I have no basis to compare pricing.  The provider responded quickly and came out to diagnose on a saturday for an extra fee.  He said he would call Monday morning with a time to fix the problem; however he called an hour before coming in the afternoon to fix the problem.  We have had no more heating problems since he came to fix our system.

It was excellent.  Mike (provider) explained the problem with the heating unit and provide a couple options. I decided to purchase a new A/C and Heating unit.  He ordered a new AirTemp unit and installed on the scheduled day.  After installation, he removed the old unit and cleaned the place up.

My heat went out on Super Bowl Sunday.  At this point I figured I wouldn't even get a callback until Monday. I went on Angie's List and scheduled the appointment online. The service provider called me back within a couple of hours and scheduled an appointment for Monday. He came out within the stated time frame, and was courteous enough to wear covers on his footwear in my house.
After diagnosing the problem, he gave me a few options and I decided the best option was replacing the furnace and thermostat. The repairman returned the next day on time and completed the job within the stated time frame. Both repairmen were courteous and appeared knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company and will be calling them in the spring for my A/C diagnostic.
