Description of Work: They charged me $850.00+ to check the source of my check engine light and did not solve it because they did not have the appropriate computer to clear the req'd. codes. They also told me that I had a front suspension problem and was incorrectly referencing the auto type. In add. they attempted to overcharge me for the replacement of my front brakes. Result:I had to take my vehicle to another I independent repair shop that specialized in my vehicle brand (Jaguar)which competently and successfully repaired my vehicle.

+ -1 moreI went in and told them what my problem was. He had 2 different mechanics to check my car. He came back and gave me great advice. He gave me choices on what I could do. While they were looking at the car he brought me out and showed me what was wrong. He was cost effective and honest. He said it would take about 4-5 hours to fix it. I couldn’t wait for that long so he had one of the mechanics take me home and told me to call back if I needed a ride back in when the car was finished. He was very reasonably priced. He also told me they would clean up my car, they detailed it and I was ecstatic and shocked! They are just wonderful people.

+ -1 moreDropped off car at repair shop; had communications on problem and if a possible way to lower costs; car repaired as agreed; I picked it up after work. What is needed is a late or after-hours pick-up. Also, I expected that costs will be significantly less the the usually high-priced dealership repair shop.
