I expected that this job would take the better part of a week, but they had the computer ready the next day. I didn't lose any data, and the price and turnaround time were both much better than what Apple offered. The location is easy to get to without going through any urban traffic, and you can park right outside the door. I have been there again for a battery replacement, and I was out the door in five minutes!
