Very good. Been using them for ten years.

Everything went great. My call to schedule was answered promptly, and services were scheduled and pricing confirmed in minutes. The crew of 3 arrived the following week right on time and worked non-stop for several hours to clean gutters and 50+ windows inside and out. Careful workers. The windows sparkle. 500No drips on siding or residual effects on furniture, drapes, floors, etc. Thank you E&R Services. I will definitely call on you again!

The worker showed up on time, was courteous, professional, and performed the job in a timely manner. No more leaks. My only complaint would be that the replacement roofing tiles didn't match as much as I would like, but that was to be expected since the roofing tiles are 15 years old and had aged.

They did a wonderful job and cleaned the gutters in a way that did not leave debris all over my yard. I have hired them before,a nd will again.

The crew arrived on time and were professional. But they were in such a rush, they did not even put the window screens back properly on the 2nd floor windows and the screens ended up falling out later.

I've used E & R Services several times in recent years to clean the gutters on my Arlington house. My experience with this business has been very positive, from the professionalism and friendliness of the person who answered my initial phone call and scheduled the appointment to the workers who actually arrived at my house on time to clean my gutters. I requested an early morning appointment so that I could be at home when they came without having to take time off, and E & R Services willingly accommodated my request. I also requested that the workers operate from ladders rather than climbing on my roof and standing on my gutters - which, by the way, is standard practice among most companies. This request was also accommodated. The workers arrived on time, worked fast, were polite and professional, spoke English, worked from ladders and didn't climb onto my roof, placed the gutter debris into a garbage bag that they hauled away and didn't leave a mess. The workers flushed the gutters and downspouts using a hose to ensure that they were not clogged, and would have taken a digital photo of the cleaned gutters to show me, had I requested that they do so (I didn't). And they did all this for only $75 (with a coupon from the E & R Services website). Mine is a typical two-story colonial with less than 80' of gutters, and the price may be higher for a larger house. I'll be calling upon E & R Services again next Spring and next Fall.

The came on time ad did a great job.

Estimate was done quickly with pictures taken. Staff was responsive to questions and provided detailed information. Work was scheduled in a timely fashion and the crew showed up when expected.

Cleaners were on time and professional. Job involved some wiimdows with storm windows, a bay window and skylights. Job was done quickly and well. Will use them again.

EXCELLENT GREAT WORK, GREAT DEAL

I scheduled the company to clean the windows on my 3-level townhouse, inside and out. I was told the work would be done between 2PM and 4PM on a date that same week., That seemed like insufficient time to do the work so I asked if I had been clear that it was a 3-level residence with triple-track storm windows all around. I was assured the job was understood. A crew of 3 people arrived a few minutes early and finished within the 2 hours scheduled. The crew was efficient and thorough. Their work was excellent. My only dissatisfaction is that when they cleaned away the build-up of bug carcasses and dust from the windows, some of it was left on the floor inside. A quick run of the vacuum cleaner cleaned that up, but it would have been better had the crew used a small hand vac to clean up themselves. That in no way will prevent me from recommending the company and using them again myself.

E&R Washed the outside of all my windows.  They came with a crew of 4
men and were in and out in an hour which was great.  They did a good
job and left nothing behind for me to clean up. The price seemed fair
and I plan to use them again.

One man worked two hours weeding. He did such a good job I tipped him $20 extra.

They were not good. The responsiveness and quality of work done was poor.

I have only one complaint regarding otherwise very good work. Our deck is elevated.  The compressor of our central air conditioner stands beneath one end of it.  The stain was sprayed on, so the fine mist might have damaged the cooling fins of the compressor IF the day had not been unusually cool enough that the A/C probably worked little if at all. 
In a situation such as ours, E&R should warn the customer to turn the A/C OFF before leaving home for the day on which stain is to be spayed...because the unit can't be covered with plastic if it may begin operating at any time.  Other than that, the work was done effectively and at a fair price.  E&R allowed several days for the deck to dry thoroughly before applying the stain and provided a very satisfactory result.
