Their customer service kept apologizing but never offered me any compensation for the 4 plus times that they kept changing my delivery dates without notifying me. Finally, I cancelled the service and waited at home for them to pickup the empty bottles and Cooler. They continued to reschedule without notifying me. They wasted my time on several occasions. The customer service representatives kept telling me that they were revamping their deliveries in my neighborhood and their wasn’t anything that they could do about my problems. Out of frustration, I called again telling the customer service representative that they were not considerate of my time during the week by making me stay at home waiting for them to pickup the cooler and bottles and then not showing up. The customer representative told me to leave everything in my driveway but that I would be financially responsible if anything was missing. I am done with them and no longer interested in Deer Park water .

I placed another call and asked about the Saturday delivery that they claim will occur. I also, complained that my water still has not been delivered in the location that I requested even though the customer service reps said it was edited. The customer service rep that I spoke to this time said that they will be delivering the water on Saturday. I also told her that I now have to make a total of 2 trips to the grocery store to buy gallons of water since I have run out because they have not met the delivery date. I told her that I was upset that I keep being told that my water would be delivered and that the drop off location was corrected in the system. She said that they would give me an extra bottle when my Saturday delivery was made and that she made a note to the driver to deliver my bottles exactly where I requested. I also, mentioned that I always put the empty bottles where I want the new bottles to be placed and that should make it easy. This is what happened: They did not deliver the extra bottle on Saturday, March 18th and still out in the open in the driveway. I was too busy to call customer service again and I decided to see what would happen for the next's month's April delivery and bill. There was no extra bottle in April, nor was there a credit to my account. I am looking into getting another company.

I did not have a good experience with Deerpark, which of course is a subsidiary of Nestle, which is a subsidiary of Pepsi. I have to say I did like the convenience of flexible delivery schedule, and the ability to change delivery date, items delivered by adding or deleting items with a 24 hr advance notice. What I did not like was the delivery's being rescheduled by Deerpark via a robo call the morning of the scheduled delivery. After experiencing this the first time, I called Deerpark customer service and requested that they give me the same courtesy that they request of me on any changes to the delivery, which is 24 hr notice. After the second time I decided to cancel their service and go with another provider. When I cancelled, I was very honest about my my reason which I have stated above. They assured me that someone would be picking up my dispenser and empty bottles the next day, which was a Friday and even stated a 2 hr. window when it would happen. After rearranging my day to accomodate this, they were a no call, no show. So my disconnected dispenser and empty bottles sat at my front door through the weekend. They did finally arrive on Monday and picked up the items.

Wow, where to start, we ordered a cooler, it arrived and was not working within the first day. Called, and got a new one sent, would arrive in 2-3 days. It arrived IN A GARBAGE BAG. Item was dirty/used and disgusting. This cooler didn't work, delivered another one. This cooler had broken pieces. I had to DOWNGRADE to the lowest end model cooler they had to get one that worked!! I was disgusted with the service and requested to cancel it. I was then charged an incredibly high bill. I advised them that I cancelled service and was almost IMMEDIATELY turned into a collections agency. When I spoke to collections agency, I stated I disputed the account and haven't heard back since. I would most likely allow them to remedy the situation but who knows.

We use much more than they usually recommend, and they didn't charge for additional waters. The monthly fee of $42 includes all jugs of water and the cooler rental.

I've been a customer of Deer Park water for approximately 14 years. Until around December 2013-January 2014 there were no issues associated with the reliability of their delivery dates. Since around that time, however, I have NOT HAD A SINGLE ON TIME delivery.
iAs everyone knows we had a terrible winter, and delays during that time I could fully understand. However, it's now mid-August, and the fact that they can't adhere to their schedule is far less understandable. A couple days ago I got a recorded message changing the date of my delivery (sometimes I would get these robo calls and other times I haven't).
Around 1 pm today I called Deer Park customer service to find out whether in fact my water was going to be delivered today, as I'd been told in the message. The customer service representative was not helpful, and I asked to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor was apologetic, and told me that winter weather issues were but one of their problems in getting delivery dates back on schedule. She also said they were having staffing issues, and were pulling people from other routes, and working on Saturdays in order to get things back on track.
She told me that I was indeed on the schedule to get my delivery today, and then commented that I was to have had my delivery earlier in the day. She put me on hold to call to find out the status, and when she returned she said no one answered, that she left a message, and that if she heard back she'd give me a call.
Their working day is now over. Their customer service department is closed. I didn't get a call from the supervisor. I didn't get a robo call letting me know my delivery would be postponed.
My patience with Deer Park has worn out. In fact I just joined Angies List to get reviews on companies I can consider to replace them.

Once you got going they're great they will call you back if it's possible. Because we live in the middle of nowhere and they are only in the area. I would use them again in the future.

I am a customer and my experience with them was positive. I had two separate issues with the water coolers and they responded promptly and efficiently. Their delivery was always on time. Their price is fair. Yes, I would use them again because I have a contract with them.

The product is reliably delivered, but if for any reason there will be a delay, I am notified by Deer Park with a substitute date. When we went on vacation, Deer Park agreed to both change my delivery date for that month and deliver on less bottle of water.

Delivery is regular and punctual. None were ever missed. Water tastes great. Price is right. Changes to delivery contents or schedule can be easily done online. Monthly reminders are sent to leave empty bottles out. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Price is excellent and so is the quality of the water and the on-line billing/ordering system.
Have had the service for 18 months and the last 2 to 3 months delivery has been erratic due to their making route adjustments.
Don't want to change but just can't spend this ammount of time running down missed deliveries.

The one-man team was extremely proficient and time efficient. He arrived within the prescribed window and completed the job to satisfaction. Fees were as advertised with no mess or problems. :-) Looking forward to months of good hydration with no annual contract and flexible monthly customization!

They are so polite. They call and they send information about the next deliveries. And if you want one today, they bring it today. I can't lift anymore and I used to get my water at the grocery store but I'd have to put those big jugs in my car and then I'd have to put them in the elevator to take it to my home. They come in and put it wherever you want to store it. When they make a delivery they give me an invoice and I have it taken directly from my bank. Then they send a calendar of the year. Based on what you're using, it shows the delivery dates on the calendar. If you have guests and you run out you can call and get delivery the next day. They're very flexible and have excellent service. They just charge you for the amount of water you use; they don't have a delivery fee. They tell me I don't even have to tip these guys. I wish other companies would train their people to be as good as these guys.
