They did everything that they needed to do really well for a decent price. I was happy with the job. It looks really nice now. They were on time. They worked non-stop. They did a very good job. I would recommend them. It was a fair price for what they did.

My deck had shaky railings, loose connection’s, several warped boards along with rot, cracks, splinters, nails that had become unloose and were also corroded - not to mention the color due to the mold. I made my attempts with power washing but finally
left it alone and phoned “Deck of America”, which was a recommendation from a friend.

Two young gentlemen from “Deck of America” came out and spoke with me and my son and gave an evaluation.
I shared my concerns about safety and they measured and made suggestions from my vision to the actual concept of what could be accomplished. They shared pictures from prior work they had completed and I immediately signed a contract
with them because “Deck of America” prices were significantly cheaper than the other companies I requested quotes from.
When I returned home, after the first day I was so pleased with the difference just the power wash made!!! The next day they made sure that no boards were causing an issue by replacing the damaged ones as well as the corroded nails and they gave me safe seating. They were quite meticulous and created a totally different atmosphere than before. Every step of the process was
calculated – they worked so well together. The materials needed were brought in, their plans were set and they
worked tirelessly from the time they arrived until the time they left.
I had already decided I wanted a two-tone color - and the end results were amazing!!! If I didn’t know any better, I would think they had built an entirely new deck; it was just that great!! All I could do was keep staring at the results. “Deck of America” is
fantastic!!!

At the walk through more was shared about the process of refurbishing our deck providing insight into architectural considerations that worked with our home and landscape. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable; it’s great to know that there are companies that still take pride in their work; they also did a great job cleaning up before they left. We were told not to use the deck for two days and after that it was open for family – safe and all!
I was so very impressed with their professionalism and would highly recommend Petra and Alex for any job in the future. We LOVE the new deck and thanks to their creative concept our deck turned out better than we could have hoped. We constantly receive compliments and do not hesitate to recommend “Deck of America” to all my family, friends and neighbors! Thank you “Deck of America”!!
