We started seeing mice, one here, one there at first.  Upon further investigation, we found evidence of them all over our family room, kitchen and laundry room.  I was so distressed about this, that I called CTS Pest Control.  I spoke to Charles, the owner/operator of this business.  He understood the panic I was feeling and came to our home on a Saturday evening!  He came out so promptly and did a thorough investigation of our property.  He  found an infestation of mice in our basement (which we hardly use), he found the nest that they made outside under our porch and he found the point of entry into our house.  He was very thorough in his explanation of what he found,  he showed us where they were in our basement, where the nest was and how they were entering into our house.  He knew exactly what to do to get this problem taken care of and he explained why he was doing what he was doing and what the expected results might be.  He did everything he said he was going to do, and within a week, we had not seen evidence of any mice.  He came out numerous times after the initial visit to check his work and thankfully, he eradicated this problem for us.  I would HIGHLY recommend CTS Pest Control Services to anyone in need.  Charles is courteous, respectful of your home, by wearing coverings on his shoes, I felt very comfortable having him in my home, and his knowledge of pest control is vast.  He was so reasonably priced for all of the work that he did for us.  I know other larger company's would have charged quite a bit more, and I'm sure they wouldn't have been able to take care of the problem as quickly and efficiently as Charles did.  We will continue to use CTS to monitor our home and keep us pest free He has since done work for my mother and I would say that this company deserves a AAA rating!!!
