Wow-just wow. I debated after 5 months of hard work and 10's of thousands of dollars and countless hours invested doing a renovation to a rental home to sell it if I should just do the cleanup myself. But I decided to look into it and saw some very good feedback on Crystal Cleaning on neighborhood site nextdoor.com and here. When I spoke with Marleynie we scheduled an estimate and she came out quickly. I got a price I thought was fair and locked in. Boy am I glad I did. They came out today and in 4-5 hours did more and better than I could have in weeks. And they were very pleasant to deal with. They did all my windows/window sills inside and out, bathrooms, kitchen, everything except floors which I had contracted to a floor company. I could not possibly be happier. I didn't realize they had so many services besides cleaning and knowing that now I will get estimates from them as I'm sure their quality would be just as good outside of cleaning. I highly recommend them.

I called Crystal Cleaning Group on a Tuesday morning. They were able to squeeze me in the same day (had originally given me a day later in the week, but they had a cancellation and an earlier day/time). The technician was friendly, thorough and fast. We also asked him if he'd clean our skylight while he was up on the ladder, which he did with no problem. The gutter cleaning cost $225, but we gave him an extra $25 for cleaning the skylight ($250 total). Great experience with this company.

I have a rental property in Baltimore that was in need of some TLC. They did an awesome job with a full paint job, carpet cleaning, along with their traditional home cleaning. Pricing was reasonable and they're service was extremely swift and prompt.

I have worked with Crystal Cleaning for 7+ years now and have never had an issue. They are very responsive and try their best to accommodate my cleaning needs. Crystal Cleaning Group not only have cleaned my home but also have conducted other work in my home such as painting and power wash for a reasonable cost. I would give them 5 stars for customer service and price.

The serviceman arrived on time and was extremely professional. He took pictures of the gutters before and after he cleaned them. While on the roof he noticed that the seal on one of my vents was cracked and offered to go and get a new seal and make the repairs. He also took pictures of the seal both before and after the repair. I was very happy with the work and will definitely use them in the future.
