BIDDLE'S HEATING & COOLING

It has been fine. We haven't had any issues. My experience is very good. I would definitely use them in the future.

I find them very reliable.  They show up on time.  What I really like about them is they showed me their licenses right away when they first came out years ago.  Since that time they have always been honest and upfront. I really appreciate that.

Biddle provides 24 /7 service. I called on Sunday morning around 10:00 am and he finished the job by 12:00 noon. Price reasonable, cleaned up great, did a service check inside. We're all done and house is cool again. I would definitely trust Mr. Biddle to do a great job.

aFTER HAVING ANOTHER COMPANY LOOK AT MY SYSTEM AND DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, I CALLED BIDDGLE HEATING AND COOLING. THEY CAME TO MY HOME THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER I CALLED.
AFTER A CHECKING THE HEATING SYSTEM, BIDDLE FOUND THAT THE BLOWER MOTOR HAD TO BE RELACED.. (AT THE TIME OF THE VISIT THE HOUSE WAS AT 54 DEGREES).
THE BIDDLES MADE CALLS TO SEVERAL PLACES AND FOUND A PLACE LOCATED LOCATED ON THE OTHER SIDE OF BALTIMORE. THE BIDDLES WENT TO BALTIMORE GOT THE PART AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WAY BEFORE I GOT HOME FROM WORK THAT DAY..
i HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT BIDDLE HEATING AND COOLING AND MAKE STRONG SUGGESTIONS THAT IF THEY WANT THE WORK DONE RIGHT, CALL THEM AND NO ONE ELSE.

A few days ago, our furnace went out. I called Biddle Heating and Air Conditioning as I have dealt with them in the past and found them to be very fair and thorough. When two of Mr. Biddle's employees came out, it was determined that my furnace could not be repaired. I was told not to turn it on as we would probably be engulfed with carbon monoxide and everyone knows what happens with that outcome. After my husband and I talked it over, we decided to purchase a new furnace from Biddle Heating and Air Conditioning. Mr. Biddle and I talked over a range of prices and I decided on $4,800. It didn't take him 2 maybe 3 days to get the new furnace and have his employees install it. At that point in time, we were fortunate to have good weather so the wait wasn't a problem. I found the employees to be professional and thorough. The job was completed from start to finish in 3 hours. They were also very good about cleaning up after themselves and took their trash with them. I would definitey recommend Biddle Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone else.

I recently joined Angie's List and had cause to use the service today.
Our furnance went out and I needed emergency repair service for a
Sunday. I relied on Angie's List to find someone in my area and found
Biddle's Heating and Cooling. I have nothing but good things to say
about them. I tried a few other companies but nobody would commit to
coming out on Sunday. When I called Biddle's they said they would be
out in 1 1/2 hours, and they were. They looked at the furnance, trying
to save me some money, but in the end, they had to install a new circuit
board and switch. They were, at all times, very responsive to all our
questions and acted in a very professional manner. At no time, did I
ever think that we were not going to get a good outcome to our problem.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs furnace repair. I
consider them to be trustworthy and honest and believe we got a fair
bill.

We've used them several times. We found them in the winter time when we were looking for someone to look at our heating system which we had a problem with. We looked around a lot and found them. They are a father and son company. We really liked them. They were able to come out on the weekend without charging us extra. They were very friendly. They talked to us a great deal on the phone to try and see if they could work it out without charging us any money. They gave us tips on what we could do ourselves. They just seemed like really good people. They were really honest people. They've become our regular service company for our heating and air conditioning. We are not going to use anybody else and they are our company now. We would definitely use their services again in the future.

The Biddle family has always been super responsive and responsible. Most recently, when I called regarding the burst pipe, I had no idea they did plumbing work, but with water flowing everywhere and me unable to access the cut-off (or Angie's List!), I called for a referral to someone they trusted. They walked me through what to do and came out shortly after, evaluated the situation, and spent another portion of the day hunting down the fitting, and returned and fixed the problem. The next day, in a totally unrelated situation, the water heater failed, and they were back out again first thing in the morning, resolving the problem quickly and explaining and showing me exactly what they had done and why. I would strongly recommend them. (And just another FYI, their service range is quite large, so call and ask if they'll come to your area).
