Buddy started inspecting the outside of the house before I arrived. He went over the entire house with me. He did not go up on the roof but he was able to provide an accurate estimate of the age of the roof and some comments on its condition. He took notes with an audio recorded and took pictures. He also uses tools to check the electrical, check for gas leaks, moisture, etc. After the inspection he uploaded his photos and put them together with his typed up notes into a rather lengthy report. I found the report especially helpful because I have a bad memory and it will remind me of the work that needs to be done after I move in.
