The original installation was fine and was at a phenomenal price due to a special they were running. The salesman I interacted with as well as the installer were incredibly flirtatious in a way that was unprofessional. One of the alarm remote controls (like a car alarm remote on your keychain) broke within a month. The alarm company refused to fix it and promised that the owner, Mr. Richardson, would call to discuss it. He never did. They company only agreed to fix the remote after I threatened to cancel the service altogther. Now, 3 years later, they are calling to solicit more work from me. They reference a current promotion but won't provide any details on the promotion, they just say "we can do whatever you need". They also won't provide any prices, they want to send an installer out and reveal the price then. When one of their installers called, he made an off-color remark to me. When I asked him to repeat it, he refused on the grounds that "You wouldn't find it funny". In addition, their installation was faulty. The remote access system for the alarm picks up the phone instead of sending unanswered calls to the answering machine.
