However, the price quoted was false as the guys did NOT remove all materials, all items from the apartment left by tenant as indicated by "Laura" whom I spoke with on intial and follow-up calls. After I sent her a final e-mail, she did NOT reply about the bait and switch action she did.
On the initial call, I was assured that the company "guys would remove all items, materials as well as trash left by tenant from the apartment." This to me means that the "apartment would be cleared fully of all materials." It was not.
After calling Laura again the day of the eviction, she gave a different story of having the guys come back for an additonal cost (several more hundred dollars) to remove the remainder of materials, etc.
To me this was a "bait and switch" company and I would NOT recommend using this company due to their actions, failure to complete the job or return monies paid.
