World Gym - La plata

The equipment is really nice. You can tell you put the money into the gym; it is not just like you are paying your fee and never see your money. If something is broke it is not broke for very long. They buy new equipment every year. The staff is typically friendly, every once in a while you get a grumpy person. There is a wide range of classes. I like going to the gym. It is a good place, good atmosphere. They have a child care center but I don't use it. The trainers are pretty good but some of the staff is not too sure all the time when I ask questions.

They have classes and trainers available but I just use the gym. I've been going here for about 8 months. They have movies available so I can watch them. They are currently doing renovations so some things are closed down.

Basically they have cardio equipment, weights, weight machines, and though I don't use them they have personal trainers. It has been good so far. I have not had any problems. The thing that is good about them is that they have all the equipment that I need but sometimes it is pretty full.
