We did not pay her for any extra services. She was the buyer's agent so got everything through the house sale. She was absolutely fantastic. Everything about her and interacting with her was a pleasure. She would drive all the way to College Park when we lived there. She was awesome; she would visit my wife and basically go out and look at houses for an entire week. She was always on the ball and very responsive. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her. She was fantastic on phone calls but not the greatest in responding to emails. It wasn't an issue because we always just called her anyway. We would definitely use her again if we ever have to buy another house.
