Perfect. I did not have to be home. We bought this house 7yrs ago and had a termite inspection done which a termite casing was found. The company that was serving the home at the time, Senate Termite came out and sprayed, the homes owners at that time were upset since they had a termite plan in place. We did buy the home and replace Senate Termite company with Southern Maryland Pest Control and have been happily using them for the past 6 years. They are on time, reliable and very trustworthy. They have to crawl under my house, crawl under my deck and crawl under my sun room, and they do it joyfully. It is not a pleasant place to be but they seem to love there job and helping people be safe and worry free. I wanted a local company to support our local community and that is what I have here. I am very happy with there service, there spirit and there professional attitude. We had them originally spray for termites with Termidor (one time fee) with drilling holes in the garage and out side and now for inspection every year($125).

Very well. Was told it would take two men all day but they were done in a little over two hours. They drilled holes in the garage, on one part of the porch and in the foundation using the crawl space underneath the house. They arrived on time and got right down to work. We were told the insecticide they sprayed would last 15 years. They were very neat and the holes were small which I was very happy to see. The filler they used was a good match to the concrete and will fade over time where you won't be able to see where the holes were drilled. Overall, very please.

Service provided on time. Went extra mile to spray entire patio, not just near the edge of the house.

Sprayed outside of home and garage and the entire kitchen area. This eliminated the problem.

Their services are very good and they are prompt in coming out. Their pricing is good. I would use them again in the future.

They will actually come out and do specifically what you want sprayed, as opposed to trying to up-sell you four times a year. They are a local company. Therefore, they are more responsive than some of the more national chains. The price was okay.

Overall it was good. The quality of work was fine. I will use their services again in the future.

Based on Angie's list member reviews, I contacted Southern Maryland Pest Control to perform an inspection of the property and preovide an estimate for a termite prevention package and pest control. In meeting with Ron, he answered all of my questions. He is very familiar with Maryland and associated pests which helped me dramatically since I am from Florida and familiar with pests such as Fire ants. Ron explained their process for termite prevention which was exactly what I was looking for (trench around property, drilling in the concrete, etc...) and their techs performed the work on time and exactly as described. Ron did explain that they could establish a pest control contract, but it would be a waste of my money since the termite treatment will take care of any bugs. I questioned pest control for the lawn and he advised to use the granual version of pest control that you can buy at Lowes/Home Depot and spread on the lawn which is what I did. He and his team were very professiona and helpful and I will use them in the future. Of note, it has been a few weeks since they treated the home and he was right, all pests seem to have disappeared (especially the spiders and ants).

They were very professional, thorough, and on-time. I highly recommend them.

THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE. WHEN TIME FOR INSPECTION THEY WOULD CONTACT ME. THEY MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO TERMITES AND NOT ANTS. THEY SPRAY AROUND THE HOUSE ONLY.
