This is an amendment to the 1st review Phil did return to look at the deck post ( I was not aware because he did not contact me to discuss his findings) but just the same he honored his word. He stated he will keep an eye on the deck posts.

It was good. Phil was able to give me good customer service and a fair price. The work was fantastic.

It was excellent. I used them multiple times. They did a really good work with a good price. They were good to work with.

Bathroom Remodel

The work on both bathrooms was excellent. The first bath required all items replaced except for the bath tub. The second was a complete makeover. The Contractor, Phil, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He had great ideas. His crew was the best I have every had work on a project for me. Both jobs were done on budget and on time. I would hire them again.

The owner asked questions to understand what we wanted and needed. He and the staff made great suggestions when asked and were patient and respectful in every way and daily left the area tidy as possible under construction. The bathroom looks great and we are pleased. The tile layout is just how we wanted it. We still stop when going down the hall just to look at it. We will ask KP Contracting LLC to come back and remodel another bathroom. We like to communicate a lot before and during construction. The owners and team promptly responded and sent pics of fixtures, hardware, etc when needed. They genuinely cared about the functionality, quality and appearance of the project. We can recommend them as our first choice. Thank you KP Contracting.

He does a great work. Very good with coordinating things. He does what he can to save money.

Its going good. They were dependable, on time, polite, and very knowledgeable.
