Not as well as I had hoped for thus far. The biggest complaint that I have with this contractor is cleanliness and paying attention to detail. First off, after mentioning to the contractor the problems I had with the kitchen contractor; parking on our grass and neighbor's grass (his crew parked on my grass leaving deep ruts and parking on the neighbor's grass) receiving complaints directly from the neighbor. Secondly, when painting and skim coating any walls, no care was taken to cover any floors and furniture, leaving a great deal of dust over everything. Thirdly, when installing the ceiling fan, nothing was covered; same lack of concern for protecting against debris. Fourthly, when installing domestic water lines for the upstairs tub, a soldered joint came loose and water sprayed trickling down, damaging our first floor ceiling. Finally, no cover was placed in the second floor tub, which is a new install, and the contractor scratched the bottom of the new tub. More to come...
