After closing we attempted to contact the contractor on several
occasions to set up the repairs. We made it known to the seller, the seller’s
agent, and the contractor (via the seller’s agent) that we wanted to pick out
the materials to be used for the repairs. Emails with what we wanted were sent
to contractor...but he never responded. After several phone calls and email to
the contractor he finally contacted us. He scheduled a phone conference to go
over the remaining work for 7-8 pm. When my husband attempted to contact him, the
contractor did not pick the phone nor return our call.
Finally a couple of
days later...after contact the sellers agents boss...the contractor leaves a
voice mail backing out of the job he was already paid for but he did state that
he would refund the money for the repairs not completed. Unfortunately....this
did not go as smoothly as it should. NO SURPRISE.
I had to send a
final DEMAND LETTER to the contractor, the seller’s agent, and broker to get
some action. I had previously informed the contractor that I wanted the funds
certified and mailed via certified mail (for tracking purposes) by a specific
date. The contractor responded back that it would be an inconvenience to mail
the check via certified mail. HE dragged on this process for a week. We did
finally receive the funds. But the contractor is very unprofessional and I
would NEVER RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANYTHING.

The entire project went smoothly as the contractor provided time and detailed information during the entire phase of the work as welas very responsive to additional work add during the project.

Their pricing was competitive and the workers good. It took a couple days to get the job done. They hauled everything away. This company also re-did a shower that had been put in wrong and the guy showed me the places that didn't get done correctly. They did a great job on that shower, but I had to pay again for it two years later. The only reason I wouldn't use them again is because I still wasn't happy with the shower and I couldn't get it done right.
