They did everything I asked!  The annoying ridge in the backyard (covered with scrub tree saplings and ivy) was scraped clean and the plant overgrowth removed for disposal.  Then the underlying good soil was added to the sunken area of the front lawn.  Finally, 2 truckloads of topsoil were added to the front lawn to raise it above the drainage easement on the property line.

They did more leveling than I thought they could.  They searched around 2 trees I wanted to keep (a holly and a saucer magnolia) for the roots and went as far at the leveling as possible without disturbing the tree roots.  They spent time after the ridge-leveling to rake away as many exposed rocks as possible.  They also took care to smooth the new soil to the edges of the existing lawn.

And, for what it's worth, they are friendly people!

Responded very quickly to our call for an estimate on Friday.  Very polite and professional. Entire project (from start to finish) completed this morning in 45 minutes.  All materials also removed.  Saved us a lot of work!!  Will most definitely hire them again and recommend them to family and friends.

I called Drew Della on a recommendation by Angie's List.  He called back quickly and came out to meet me on a Saturday to look over my project.  I had about 30 small trees and underbrush that needed clearing from my lot to prepare for a new fence.  Drew called to my attention that he could cheaply fill a large hole in my front lawn too while he had is equipment onsite if I wanted to add that to the quote.  That was a great idea and much appreciated.   We spoke a few days later and his price was less than half of the other company I had out to provide a quote.  He showed up a few days later to do the work and was professional, punctual and even had dot deal with an angry neighbor who didn't like my tree removal (from my yard...go figure).  Great service and they worked hard for two days with barely a break; very hard workers.  
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Della again as they more than met my expectations.

Wow!!! This family run business is what family is about. They are kind and true professionals. From the grand-father, son and grandson this family and business is highly recommended. They started the job early and finished early, the price was better by far than any estimate we had gotten. Even if they had charged more it would have been worth every penny. Luther went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so very much for your professionalism and your kindness to my family. I will tell every that will listen about your great service.
