Failed to finish the job, hundreds of phone calls and emails attempting to obtain additional money for work not completed; claimed not to know what a punch list was and did not complete punch list; missed contractual completion date by a year; didn't connect whole house water filtration; didn't put in an access panel to Kohler heated tub; sloppy or inadequate caulking of windows; installation of custom doors and windows, and flooring, allowing water leakage; crawlspace left unfinished, wet, inadequate ventilation; a litany of other little things that ultimately cost me another $150000 to take finish the project.

Work provided on our home renovation project was beyond exceptional, especially given that we were in a time crunch to move in so work had to be completed in a short period of time! Despite having to manage many obstacles during the project
due to our home’s condition at the time of purchase, Billy W Rose Construction embraced the challenge with attention, dedication, and diligence. Their attention to detail on all aspects of the construction - especially our beautiful, custom kitchen - as well as proper scheduling and coordination with subcontractors, was remarkable. Their commitment to go above and beyond by personally seeking out the manufacturer of the kitchen cabinets - to replace one that was missing - was truly appreciated. They managed coordination of multiple inspections needed for the home’s examination due to its previous foreclosure status, and always made themselves available to answer our questions throughout the reconstruction process. In addition, they provided exemplary service when having to work under a tight schedule to ensure the house was move-in ready in a short amount of time. The attention to detail led us to find additional fixes required in the home that we may not have otherwise known prior to inspections. We would recommend to future customers, and will be working with them again in the future.

Great experience, excellent work - truly a job well done. Workers were thorough and efficient with time while they were onsite, and very polite. Owner is professional and extremely personable, has extensive knowledge of the trade and was very accommodating with the changing scope of work to be done. Level of consideration for my home during the renovation was above and beyond - they take very seriously the inconveniences the process of renovating a space can be - especially with a small child - and were extremely conscientious about maintaining a neat and clean job site. Would highly recommend to family and friends, and will definitely use again for future projects!
