My wife and I had the unfortunate experience of going through the home buying process twice because we did not initially start with Baldus Real Estate. After our initial purchase fell through due to complications with the seller and our agent we were fortunate enough to find Geri Brown at Baldus Real Estate. I assure you that it could not have been a more enjoyable process. My wife and I did some initial research on the Waldorf area and found some homes to look at. Geri set up two consecutive days for us to look and ensured that we knew the specific details about each home we looked at. By the end of the first day we knew that we had found our home. Geri gave us advice on the specific amounts we should ask for, how much to expect in closing and a number of details that first-time home buyers are often unaware of. Geri set up the home inspection, helped with all negotiations between the sellers, their agent and my wife and I. We have been in the home for approximately one month now and could not love our home anymore. We are incredibly grateful for the guidance and advice that we received from Geri.
