Inital install went well and I gave a good review. Just shy of a year this carpet is buckling around doorway, and walls, seams are showing and ripples are showing in all rooms and hallway. Im rarely upstairs, and it is just myself and a 12lb dog that live here. This should notbe happening to properly installed carpet.
I called many times and finally the owner came out and tightened one room. Within a month or so of that, the other faults in installlation appeared.
My new calls have not been returned. Carpet should not need restretching in this short period of time. It should last years. Now I have to pay to have someone come out and fix sloppy work. I really liked the owner and believed he cared about the quality of work. Im very disappointed. I can no longer recommend them.

Wondrrful. These guys kniw what they are doing. Called 11/18 to ask to have a threshold strip re-nailed and to tighten slightly loose carpet on 2 the side of two stairs. They were back out within days and cheerfully fixed it. Great to wor with.

Great work, fast and very accommodating. They came early Sunday morning and measured the rooms where the carpet will be installed. They then moved the furniture and began installing the carpet. They cleaned up after themselves and the process only took about 3 hours. They do great work
