I have never been this happy with work done at my house before. Wayne and Jim were nice, professional, clean and efficient. When I finally decide to break down and buy a new water heater, I will ask Wayne to install it for me. His prices are fair, and he does all the work he promises without adding extra charges. He and his helper arrived on time, called to let me know he was on the way, worked steady the whole time he was there, and cleaned up ALL the debris before they left. The furnace they installed is so quiet, I don’t even know it’s running until the blower starts and I see the curtains move.

We have my 92 year old mother living with us and the furnace stopped working today. When NO one else would venture out in the weather, Wayne was here in 30 minutes. He checked the system and found it was an easy fix. We had heat again within the hour. I know other companies would have charged us a huge "Emergency" fee but Wayne Heating and Air didn't.

Wayne and his employee were prompt and efficient. Wayne took the time to go over details as well as answer every question I had on various manufacturers and types of efficiency ratings. Wayne was able to work with my schedule to visit my home to inspect the existing HVAC unit. After I made the decision on the unit I wanted to purchase Wayne was able to again work with my schedule to do the install. I reviewed many systems and had multiple companies out to inspect my HVAC and give estimates. Wayne's Heating and Air was by far the most reasonable and appealing bid that I had encountered.
