We service all major household appliances (ex. dryer, etc.) in all makes and models. We also sell appliance parts to the public at our parts counter. In addition, refrigerator, washer, we are authorized service center for Nutone and Broan products. In addition to servicing, we sell finished products and parts.

"Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate it. I am sorry that we weren't able to provide you with the service that you needed on your washer/dryer. When our technicians visit customers' homes to service their appliances, they follow a diagnostic procedure for each appliance. The diagnostic procedure may vary based on the make and model of the appliance. Unfortunately, in your situation, our technician was unable to diagnose a problem with your washer/dryer. This is not because our technicians are incapable of completing the repairs. The technician was simply unable to duplicate the problem that you originally described. This typically indicates that the problem is intermittent and occurs randomly. When we encounter situations like this, we will warranty our diagnostic for 30 days from the original date of service. This means that if the problem recurs, we will have our technician return to further diagnose the problem and will not charge another diagnostic fee as long as the return visit is within 30 days from the original visit. When the problem cannot be duplicated by our technicians, we will ask the customer to monitor the appliance and gather more details about the problem when it happens again. The more information we have, the easier it will be to determine what the problem is and what corrective action needs to be taken. We try to be fair with our customers. Our objective is to properly diagnose a problem and make repairs that are truly needed.We want to provide our customers with the the best service possible. We don't want to visit their homes and guess at the problem or suggest repairs be completed that may or may not resolve the issues that they are having. Again, I apologize that we were unable to complete repairs to your washer/dryer when we visited your home. We hope that you will reconsider using our services in the future."
