They were professional and quick. It was very easy to work with them and after doing a lot of research the price seemed fair (trying to order the cover myself through the internet would have cost over $500 for parts alone so it was well worth the extra $300 for them to make sure it was measured correctly and installed properly) I was very happy with their work and how easy the whole process was.

John was very nice as was Suzy when scheduling the appointment. John was very thorough with his presentation and he had photos of previous jobs. He was not pushy and I never felt pressured. His guys showed up and worked for at least 8 hours on the coldest day this month. They were very nice and professional, I am pleased with this service.

It was a great experience, and we'd highly recommend the company. The company actually traveled all the way to Delaware to do the installation since there weren't any other K-Guard suppliers in the area, and they did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Furthermore, I haven't had any problems with the gutters in the two years since their installation.

I am very happy with the KGuard Leaf Free Seamless Gutters from Mid Atlantic. They look beautiful on my new roof. I had several companies come in and present their products. I went with Mid Atlantic because of the design, quality, and the price. The quality of the product is superb (nice and thick). I owned Thompson Creek gutters for over 8 years, but decided to go with someone else since the 2nd floor addition and a new much bigger roof. The thing I do not like about Thompson Creek gutters are the little tiny ventilation looking holes on the gutter cover. Leaves and pine needles would get stuck in them making it look like the gutters need cleaning.

We were extremely happy with the job! Both John and Susie Burgers were a pleasure to work with. John had to come out several times because we were debating between different systems and he was very patient and provided honest information. The installers were friendly and did a great job. The crew was punctual and professional, they did a great job with the installation, and they had the same product as their competition but a price that was 50% lower. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

Everything went really welll, and it was a great experience. They offered a top-notch product for a competitive price, the installation crew really cared about doing a good job, and they were very responsive and accommodating with regards to some unforseen issues. Great. I can't speak highly enough of John and his team... It was a two day job, replaced some rotted fascia board, helped me relocate a deck support pole to better route the downspout, did a very neat, professional job, and even installed some of my old gutter and downspout on a shed we have (without charge).
They are an excellent small business operation that is very professionally operated. I would happily use them again or recommend them without reservation, based on my experience.

The crew at Mid Atlantic Gutters were outstanding. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable of what they were doing. John, the owner, came out on a Sunday, the only day that was convenient for us, showed us his product, explained the entire process and installation and gave us an estimate that was, by far, better than what we expected. They came to do the install on Labor Day, which turned out to be the hottest day of the entire summer, and worked non-stop until the job was done.
We have a small overhang over our back porch that could have presented a problem due to it's proximity to the roof, but they cut out what was needed to accommodate the gutter and used flashing and shingle to finish it off. I was kind of leery about them cutting into the little roof, but it actually looks much better than it did before. Now it looks like it's incorporated with the house instead of just hanging there covering the porch.
There were a couple of minor issues after installation, one with overflow due to the pitch of our roof, and the other with the drip guard, neither the fault of the company, and they came out and fixed the problems immediately.
I waited until now to write a review because I wanted to see how well they did in keeping the leaves from our trees out. The have worked flawlessly! I'm very happy with the appearance of the gutters and extremely happy that we no longer have to clean them 4 -5 times a year as we've had to in the past.
I would, and have recommended Mid Atlantic gutters to anyone who is in the market for new gutters. When we're ready to have our roof replaced, we'll definitely be giving them a call.

I interviewed 3 potential gutter business people through Angie's list. John the owner of Mid Atlantic was most punctual, professional. He is the only one brought the ladder to inspect the whole roof including the chimney. He gave more service with the least cost. John and his crew came to my house on time, worked all day. The office staff was very friendly and kept informed every step of the way. Quite nice experience to have John's service. .

The team who came to do the job were very professional and very courteous. The saleperson John was very nice and was not pushy. He explained me very clearly what product I am getting and had a in house demonstation. I also got 2 more quots to do the same job and overall K-guards were the best in price for the product i had bought from them. I am very pleased that i had done bussiness with them.

John, who is the owner of the company, is very professional in both his treatment of customers and in delivering a finished product. I am very pleased with how great the house looks! The gutters were done well and are better quality then others we considered. Clean up could have been better; screws and cigarette butts were left behind. One of the screws was found in the rear tire of our car. The roof cap was dented which caused water to leak into our sunroom and powder room. We were unhappy with the initial investigation of this issue however Mid Atlantic Gutters did replace the roof cap which resolved the water issue. If it wasn't for the dented roof cap which resulted in the water issue we probally would have rated this service with an A or B.

"[member name removed], We take a lot of pride in our reviews, although this one has us scratching our heads a bit. You called our office to let us know that you had a leak, John made sure he got out to your home that day. When John was at your home he explained to you that it was not coming from our gutters, but he would be happy to trouble shoot for you to see if he could see where the water may be coming from. If it were coming from your ceiling there would be some kind of water damage or water stains on your drywall, he saw none of that, it wasn't even wet. John did walk around your roof and pointed out some nail pops and also pointed out that the nails around your aluminum ridge vent above your sun room were rusted. He then explained to you that since there was no evidence of any water stains to your ceiling he felt confident that this was not the reason for your wet floors. You had even explained to John that it may have come from your dishwasher because that had happened once before. The only area that you saw wet was on the floor not on your ceiling. The powder room is on the other side of your home at least 40' away from the ridge vent above your sun room. You called our office the day after John was out to your home and you explained that you husband said it was our fault and it was the ridge vent, I explained to you that even though we felt it wasn't something we did, I would have the guys out within a couple of days to replace the ridge vent. So, I guess we are scratching our heads wondering why you would have given us an A or B if it weren't for the ridge vent, when we remedied the issue within a day of you calling. Also, never once did I ever hear from you about screws or cigarette butts until this review! But we truly thank you for your review and your honesty because we find with each review we learn and grow, so we can better serve our customers! Thank you so much! Mid-Atlantic Gutters & Exteriors"

Contacted company for estimate. Heard back from Susie almost immediately and she scheduled John to come out for estimate. John was great. He explained the entire process, went over all features of the gutters and answered all questions. There was never any pressure to purchase - he let the product and the company's reputation speak for themselves. We were very impressed and signed the contract same day. He told us to purchase a big deal that would serve as downpayment on the job which we did immediately after he left and, again, heard back from Susie almost immediately. We scheduled a date for installation in 2 weeks (could have been sooner but we were not available). They showed up on installation day and began working. Everyone was very personable and professional and they did a fabulous job. They cleaned up afterwards leaving nothing behind and walked us around for inspection of the new gutters. They are absolutely beautiful. This was one of the best home repair/maintenance/improvement experiences that we have had and one of the nicest businesses that we have ever worked with. John especially was great to work with - he even helped us troubleshoot an electrical problem and followed up with a call a few days later to make sure that we were happy with the work and to reiterate that if we had any problems or concerns to just call them and they would take care of things. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase new gutters.
