Jeff was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Price was very reasonable. He is now my go to guy if ever need this type of service in the future. (Hope not but Jeff was great!)

This is the second time we have used Jeff. He was wonderful both times. This time it was a Saturday night at 9pm. Jeff returned the call promptly and arrived within 30 minutes. He rescued the trapped bird and gave us instructions on care as well as where to take the bird in the morning. Instead of paying him he asked that we donate the money to the rescue organization. It's refreshing to find a company with this type of work ethic and caring nature!

Great. He came out within a hour, assessed the situation, and trapped our injured raccoon. He then took it to a licensed rehabiitator who works with him to be looked at. I called several other operators and no one was willing to try to save the animal.
