Very smooth process. Good price, very professional, on time.

The work, which also involved installing new ductwork in an existing constricted space, was done efficiently and quickly (two days). I like the fact it's a family owned local business willing to take on a small, yet difficult project like mine at an extremely reasonable price..

The experience was excellent, I used them several times. The were prompt in returning my calls, and providing the service. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair it. They are very good, they were understanding, and very compassionate. He came off hours and didn't charge me extra.

When I called on subsequent requests, Shawn would come that afternoon or the following day.   Later, in September, I called him to fix a leaking pipe in the furnace.  He came the next day to fix it and the cost was very reasonable.  I recommend him highly for his promptness and diligence and fair pricing.

Fine.  No issues.

First of all, I called many companies and requested an appointment to have our A. C. fixed.  No one could come out today. Of course I understood.  It's summer!  The earliest I could someone here would be tomorrow afternoon. I had left a message for Comfort Systems Inc. around noon. Shawn returned my call and came out within 1.5 hours of speaking with me! (He said that he was on his way to a call but would be at our home this afternoon). That was at 2:22 p.m. By 3:45 p.m. he had been to our home, replaced the capacitor, and had our air conditioning up and running!  I couldn't believe it!  Other places were talking about "emergency fees", etc if they could even "work" me in. Not Shawn.  He is not only honest and efficient, he is also very polite.  I will recommend Comfort Systems Inc. to all my friends!

Everything turned out very well.  The technician arrived on time and did a thorough job, and the price was reasonable.

I purchased Tune Up for my AC System and was contacted by phone on 4th of July.

They were very informative and they looked at the system and the ducts. They gave advice on what could be done and then I asked if they were going to do the tune-up and they said that they do not work on oil furnaces. They said they would call back for additional work that I was going to have them do and they never called back.

Schawn came out to the house to provide a quote for new high efficiency heat pump with a bypass humidifier.  I had requested a quote for a certain brand but Schawn suggested using a brand that was much more reasonable in price but had the same efficiency and reliability ratings.  In fact, some of the units of both brands were manufactured by the same manufacturer and some of the equipment installed actually had the higher priced brand's logo on it. Schawn provided me with the price of both Systems and the price provided was very fair compared to a  quote I had received from another vendor. They installed the equipment very professionally and efficiently. Schawn explained how everything worked. Comfort Systems removed the old equipment and all work related debris. I recently called  Schawn and asked him were I could pick up new filters and humidifier pads. He said he would pick them up and deliver them to me.  The price was better than the internet price with shipping costs.  You can't beat that for service
I would highly recommend Comfort Systems  and would use them again.

It was good. He came out, set everything  and he walked me through. The services were good, he came on time. We went down with him and he was showing me the different parts of the furnace and what to look for. He changed the filter for me and told how to change it and how often to change it. He recommended me to get the AC service. He gave me a written report and told me everything was fine. He had some ports cleaned. Everything is working fine. He asked me if there any questions i had, and he answered me. There were no additional charges.

It went very well. Shawn came out quickly after we set up the deal on Angie's List to make sure his system would work on our furnace. He then set up time to come out and install only a few days later when it worked best for us. He was prompt and installed the equipment in about an hour. Everything went very quick and easy, wish we had done this years ago.

Went as expexted. Cleaned up old installation (which I installed 25 years ago).  New install very neat and was given instruction on the humidifier.  Nice job!
