The crew was very professional. They showed up when they said they would and did the work as Travis had explained. At first we thought the price was high for and quot;just a repairand quot; but they basically started from scratch except for digging the hole.
The materials they use are high quality and the new pump and filtration system are very low maintenance. They carefully removed all our fish and tadpoles and placed them in a holding tank with aeration that was almost the volume of our pond. The fish came through the transition just fine and seem to enjoy their new deeper pond with a gushing waterfall.We are very pleased with the pond and believe the improvement was well worth the price.
