I had used Tim for small odd jobs and he was good. Then my basement got flooded and the insurance company paid to have the basement redone. During the remodeling he left saw dust on the floor and it rained. When I came home he had the sump pump unplugged and the basement got water. What a mess I was furious.He ripped out all the old paneling and replaced it with dry wall. I had new lighting installed on the cntract it states 6 -3" recessed lights, I got 4. He put in a new powder room and to make up for all the problems I bought the material and he put ceramic tile on the floor in this room.We were waiting for a month for the carpet for the steps and when it came in, it was the wrong carpet. But I let him carpet the stairs anyway. Originally he said it would be done in 2 weeks, which turned into over 3 months. It was a night mare. The house was constantly turned upside down. I just wanted him out!! So I didn't complain.
