No drama, everything went as planned.

The project went very well! They cost much less than another company that I checked on. They were professional and honest with the work they did.

Very friendly and punctual. The ceiling looked good but there were some nail holes that were not filled completely. Overall I was satisfied and will use them again.

John picked up the closet doors and pavers (I had previously purchased them) arrived and completed all the work mentioned above. He did a great job. He cleaned up behind himself. I have used John previously. He is an excellent worker! His rates are very reasonable and his work is excellent.

I had a leak above a window in my bathroom. LMNO Projects (John) came on the agreed to time; diagnosed the problem;

and fixed the problem. John was very nice and professional. We have had rain since and no more leak. I would definitely

ask LMNO Projects to work on any other issues that come up in the future.

John cut open the side wall of the closet so that the water heater could be accessed and then installed a bi-fold closet door in the opening, including a frame. He performed outstanding work, was friendly and accommodating, and even called me after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended!

It was very straightforward. I had purchased an Angie's List Special and rather than my contacting him after purchase, he contacted me to get the process rolling. He arrived when he said he was going to, took a look at the two doors, and made his recommendation. After I agreed, he acquired the materials and completed the work. Both the inspection/estimate and the work were done in the same day.
While here, he also noted a potential safety issue with one of the stairs on my deck, and since there was time left on the special he repaired that as well. That kind of service was above and beyond my expectations, as it was out of the initial scope, and that kind of care is one of the reasons I would definitely use LMNO Projects again.

Our deck is awesome...he re-screened our porch, he re-sided part of our 2 story home and I know he is going to do amazing work in our basement. Our friends in Thurmont have also utilized him for their Trex deck and he built a gorgeous screened in porch for them a few years ago. He uses quality materials and is a complete perfectionist not to mention that he is just an all around nice guy!!

I bought the material, he replaced the deck boards that were broken. Did an okay job on installing the boards, but did not clean up well. I was finding old nails in the area around the deck and lawn for several weeks, and there was a lot of scrap wood from the boards he removed lying under the deck.

John did a very nice job...exactly as we discussed.

They replaced some rotting pieces of wood on the outside of my house and did a good job.

I have to call him back to follow-up plans for the work that they did. I have not done any complaint and I need something to take care of. I think they have to come back and do a bit more to it. Well, what I was looking for was someone who had experience with wood rods replacement and that is what he needed to do. He got it done, he was quick, and addressed the money at the same time. That was good.

My deck had not been properly supported when it was built. John reinforced the deck, by adding additional joists.

He was great. He was very helpful, polite, and precise. He was on time and did a good job.

We had an outside door that was rarely used and had developed rotted wood around the outside of the door. Also, the steps that led down to the outside from the same door were pulling away and in bad condition. I contacted John Tate of LMNO Projects and we set a day for him to see the work that needed to be done. He arrived promptly and viewed the work that needed to be done. We then scheduled a day for him to return and make the necessary repairs. John arrived on time and completed both projects. He replaced the rotted wood and removed the steps. Then placed safety barriers across the door. We were very pleased with how professional he was and how well he made the repairs. We would definitely hire John for other projects that we will need to have done in the future.

I am very pleased with the service and workmanship. John came out, understood exactly what we wanted to do, and did a precise high quality job. John took the time to make sure the job was done as if he was doing it at his own home. Can't say enough. Would definitely use him again.

It went very well. I like the fact that as soon as I placed my Angie's order, I did not have to contact the provider to schedule the work. John reached out to me with in a few days I bought the special. I emailed John the work I wanted to get done. He advised what needed to be done to correct the problems. When John and his assistant arrived, they were very were efficient and great to work with. I enjoyed the experience and I highly recommend LMNO projects.

John was punctual and very professional. He caulked and weatherproofed areas that were from the original construction. He did more than I asked him to do. If I need a carpenter in the future, I will certainly call John.
