Our job was relatively small. We were had a patio put in by Outdoor Additions, LLC, and wanted a roof overhang for part of it. It's kind of an extension of the roof, with 2 posts at the edge of the patio. We did not hire Kiser directly, but are very happy with the work! Mr Kiser came out to our house and answered all of our questions. He made an effort to match our existing roof shingles (our house is six years old), and the result is perfect. Kiser and Sons was quick to get the building permit (for the 2 posts), and coordinated perfectly with Outdoor Additions, so the project was never held up for one or the other. We wanted this overhang to be functional, and didn't expect it to look pretty. Well, it is gorgeous and looks like it was built with the house. Even though this is probably one of their smaller jobs, the work is thorough and meticulous. This company completely exceeded our expectations, and we feel very lucky to have worked with Kiser and Sons.
