Brian came on the day he promised to come.  He had the parts that he needed on his truck to do the repairs that were needed that day.  He was very friendly, polite, efficient and professional.

Brian called me back right away.  He came to my house at the time he said he would.  He quoted me the price of a service call.  He spent more time then he should have with us (he was very kind to my husband who is handicapped)  And he fixed everything.  The vanity lights were a real pain so we were very happy with the work he did.  He is now my electrician.

I called BPS Electric to come and provide an estimate to install three electric outlets in our basement.  We were familiar with BPS Electric's, and the owner Brian's, work as he had been subcontracted by the project manager to perform the electrical wiring during our screen porch project a couple of years ago.  At that time we were impressed with his quality of work, responsiveness and easy going nature so we kept his number handy.  Brian was willing to work around our availability to come out and provide the estimate.  On the day of the estimate, Brian arrived promptly, even a little early.  After he gave us a price we were agreeable to, he was willing to go ahead and perform the work right then and there as he had brought along the necessary supplies in preparation of us accepting the estimate.  We did not need to reschedule a different installation date.  During the installation of the 3 outlets I asked him if he could swap out a single outlet for a double.  He gave me a price of $20, that I agreed to, and he performed that task as well.  All told it only took him an hour to an hour and a half to install 3 outlets, wire them to the circuit breaker and swap out the single outlet.

We will definitely being using BPS Electric for our next electrical need.

I got quotes from two companies.    his was the lowest price.    He was licensed and insured just like the "big company" but he had a lower overhead as he does all the work himself.    After nailing down some details in his quote I awarded him the work.  He showed up on time and did the work in one day.  (there was a lot of wiring involved with the generator panel)
