APS Autocare

I started taking my 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan to APS Auto Care in Keymar since October 2012 when someone I trusted from up-county referred them to me.  When you have a 14-yr. old car, there are seasons when parts and systems wear and need to be replaced.  I try to keep my car running well, and the body is in good shape too.  So it was timely, when I was referred to APS Auto Care.  With this recent service visit, as well as others since October 2012, I have found this family-owned garage maintains their honesty and integrity (as it was told me via. referral). They are knowledgeable and caring people and give me honest and upfront answers, explaining things as necessary, even showing me parts that need replacing that are worn or weak to confirm their diagnosis for repair/replacement, etc.   It feels like they consistently go out of their way to be personable towards your car care and service (compared to other auto service garages)---- like the kind of service as it was "way back when" when doctors made house calls (yes, I remember those as a child)!   I would much rather support a family service business in today's economy when they know the pinch as much as you do, but are still very fair in what they do!  Further, I don't mind going way out of my way (50 miles round-trip) just to get what is REALLY needed...even with the high gas prices!  When you save $$ on their hourly labor rates, and know you are getting good honest service for your car with people who know their trade, who won't charge you for something you really don't need, you really can't go wrong!
