I purchased a group on for 1 hour of exterior  window cleaning (which they estimated on line as 8 windows) setting up the appointment was no problem and they did show up 15 minutes early which was great.  I gave them the coupon showed them which windows I wanted them to start with assuming that in an hour they would get 8 windows clean, if there was extra time I would have them do a few others.  I had already removed the screens and had cleaned the interior windows.  I had a ladder in the back yard if they wanted to use it.  These were a normal size double hung window, they chose to use a pole (2nd story windows) within 15 mins they said they were done saying each window counted as 2 windows because they are double hung windows - if I wanted more done it would be $10 a window (but the rest of the  double hung windows would be considered a single window -catching on here?).  I was mad but agreed to have them clean the other two top windows for $20 so the top row would all be cleaned.  When they left the we so poorly cleaned I had to get on a ladder and redo them myself.  I never complain but this was so unprofessional I couldn't let it go unnoticed.
