The removal fast, clean and very satisfactory. The shower pan was built to wrong dimensions. Owner had to find replacement tile for floor tile that had been removed. Shower build-out was messy but eventually fine. But installer used a power hand cutter to cut the tile and dust was everywhere (up to 30' from bath - inside closets and drawers). I still wonder why a wet saw was not used. Glass doors were measured and installed wrong. It took 4 months to get any response to having the work corrected. After starting work in mid-September the door manufacturer's will be re-installing today (March 2nd). Terry was not our original contact but once he took over I felt the job was in much more capable and reliable hands.

THE JOB WAS SUPPOSED TO LAST 3 WEEKS OR SO. IT STARTED JUNE AND AS OF SEPIA THEY ARE FINALLY FINISHED. OVERALL WE ARE PLEASED AND THE COMPANY WAS RESPONSIVE TO OUR VARIOUS PLUMBING EMERGENCIES.
