Dennis and his assistant did a great job.   They were professional and finished the job in half an hour. They also cleaned up after the work was done.

I have been using the company for about 10 years. The staff are very nice and do a good job. They are very reliable and available. They are responsive and come out as soon as possible for emergencies. I believe they are a family operated business and their pricing is reasonable. I have had no problem scheduling when I need a service.

Two plumbers came previously and were unsuccessful snaking the bathroom sink. Also, both were pretty pricey $100-250 considering that my sink was still clogged after their multiple unsuccessful attempt.
But Mr. Walsh came and he snaked the sink without difficulty. Also, he was very clean. He had booties for his boots and he used a drop cloth for the bathroom floor. He was professional and punctual. He also fixed the cracked in our sink. He did not have any sale pitch about bathroom renovations. He told us that we have to make sure to check the sink for leak once in a while, because of the crack. Eventually, it will need to be changed. I would definitely recommend his company.

Wlash Plumbing was amazing. They identified the poor instalation apparently Flo Rite Plumbing provided as a part of a renovation prior to our purchase. The leak resulted from incompetent instalation as outlined below. It is amazing how some service providers will cut corners and employ people who don't know what they are doing.
Walsh Plumbing arrived on time (every time), were extremely neat (laided down tarps, slip-ons for boots, etc.), dug a huge tunnel from the house to the street, corrected the problems and replaced the dirt meticulously. They identified and shared the issues and provided a fast and permanent solution.
According to the builder, Flo Rite Plumbing was hired during a renovation of the house.
1. The Fernco sealing the main pipe to the sleeve on the outside of the house was the wrong size (it was a 2and quot; by 2and quot; and should have been a 2and quot; by 11/4and quot; Fernco) and was torn.
2. Spray foam insulation was used to seal the sleeve where it enters the foundation wall to the house instead of hydraulic cement and tar.
3. The inside foundation wall was not sealed at all inside the house where the main water enters the building.
4. The water main was not replaced all the way to the curb box. The originial 1and quot; copper pipe extended well into the front yard.
5. The curb box did not have a rod connected to the shut off value nearly five feet in the ground. The curb box was nearly halfway full of dirt and there was no way to shut the main down at the curb.

Cut open main sewer instead of just removing toilet and snaking. Charged for use of electric snake (highly unusual); tried to make it seem as if I needed another $1000 in additional services right away. Refused to estimate where the blockage was without additional work. Charged about 50% more than typical for the work he did.

We liked Walsh plumbing and plan to use them in the future. They used drop cloths where ever they had to walk, they answered lots of questions about the unit and how best to care for it. They were very punctual and very accommodating of our surprise repair.

He is easy to get a hold of and shows up when he is suppose to. His work is always within the estimate. He is a really easy person to get along with.

While sometimes hard to get ahold of, Dennis is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He tackled a variety of jobs that had been acruing for several years - all successfully. His tickets explain all the work he did and any recommendations thoroughly. He prices are not low, but you get professional work completed by the owner who is a master plumber.

I would not use him again. He was very good, but unbelievably expensive. I spent $650 for not that many hours of work, so I definitely won’t use him again. With him, I think you should ask how much it is going to cost, before he comes and then hold him to it. He is competent and he does the work and I like that and he was polite of course. He did the work well and he knew what he was doing. Another trick of his is that he says that he is on his way from somewhere and says that he will come and look at it, but I think he is charging me for all that time. He is good at what he did and I haven’t had any problem with what he did. He was professional and did not muck up the house. It was the second time that I used him and I made a mistake by not asking him for a price because he did so well the first time and the price was good.

Great. Dennis and his guys are smart, pleasant, and clean.

Dennis and Patrick arrived on time and went right to work. They were here for over 5 hours. They spread cloths in the area where they were working to keep the floors clean. Dennis explained everything that he was doing. Although the price was high, we are very satisfied with the results.
