Prior to going with Shalls I contacted 10 companies with 4 calling me back. Jeff Gottshall was my contact person and was outstanding. Jeff walked me thru the entire process on the types of materials i should use and the timeline and scope of work to be performed. He provided an estimate that was professional and real accurate on the price. No hidden surprises. Jeff's work group worked with a sense of urgency and made sure whatever they were doing was cleaned up and orderly. No mess each day. You could tell the house was being worked on but it looked clean each day. At each stage of the job Jeff would meet with us to show us and explain the progress. He answered his phone each and every time and really reduced the stress level that we encountered with a remodeling project. I would refer Shall's to anyone and will call them again with any project I need done.
