The project was done following an architect's plans. Jason was charming, but Corey was the project manager, and the finishing was done poorly and with a low level of craftsmanship. When issues were pointed out, they were not corrected, and the team moved on. Three years on, those defects and mediocre finishing are showing their wear. We love our remodel, but I wish the quality of craftsmanship were there and that errors had been corrected.

Rock Spring Residential did an amazing job. The owner and our project manager were both wonderful to work with. Corey, the project manager was patient and organized. The project was a very large remodel and despite a bad winter, finished on time. We liked all of the subcontractors used, and RSR had excellent vendor recommendations. We would highly reccommend them to others.

Jason and the crew were great to work with. They took exceptional care with the house and really went above and beyond with their attention to detail. We used different colors in nearly every room and the house looks great. They even came back after we moved-in to touch up areas the movers had dinged. I highly recommend them.

They are yet to pick up some of their things like ladder. There were two guys who did most of the interior work. They were excellent. Some of the other people who did the work were not as artistic. These two guys had to clean up a little bit for some of the others. I did have one complaint. When the guys worked in the bathroom, they got stuff all over the place, but that was taken care of. They were good and easy to work with. They did an adequate job. They had supervisors everyday which was a positive. Their price was in line with others.
