ROB SANSBURY

The owner, Rob Sansbury, came on site himself to see what work needed to be done. Steve arrived a few days later, on time, to install the lights. Steve was very professional and courteous and prepared the area by covering all furniture. Upon completion of the work he cleaned up everything and left me with nothing but beautiful recessed lights in my home office. Will definitely call upon Sansbury Electric again.

We had a small but nagging issue with the wiring in our basement apartment that caused the baseboard heaters to stop working in the middle of winter. I called Rob (who has done great work on our house before), and one of his electricians came the next morning at 7am, fixed the issue, and was done by 9am before we had to start remote work. The service is always excellent and the technicians are extremely nice. I will call them again and recommend Sansbury Electric to anyone.

He is very good and very nice person.

He did really well. He answers his own phone and he made the appointment with me w/in 3-4 days. He did the job then some and educated me at the same time. He was very reasonable - As far as I'm concerned he's my electrical guy!

I called Rob on Sunday, and he came out Wednesday afternoon, arriving just on time. It took him about 90 minutes to trace the problem and fix it up. I paid him $100 and was glad of it. This is the second time we've used Rob, and both times have been pleased. His price is pretty reasonable for a licensed electrician, and he just does the work, end of story.

I called Rob in the morning and he quickly picked up. He was able to come out the same day, which was great since 2 other electricians hadn't returned my calls from several days ago. He checked in several times to let me know when he'd arrive and came out that afternoon. His work was good and he was professional.

Perfect. Rob was able to meet us quickly which fit out schedule. He confirmed via text and was professional, helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend and call him again.

Came out in a snow storm and did not charge us a premium. He was here for three hours and was great. He showed up in one hour on a Saturday afternoon. It was an excellent experience and I plan on using him again.
